Demanding/Collecting Summer Vacation Fee in advance

The Principals / In-Charge, All Private Schools, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and reproduce Clause 7 (4) (X), of KP-PSRA Regulations, 2018 which stipulates that "Students or their parents are not required to pay fee in advance except for a single calendar month however, the parents are required to pay their summer / winter vacation fee at the end of each month". In view of the aforementioned clause, summer vacation (Tuition Fee) is allowed. However, it cannot be charged in advance or lump-sum and will have to be charged at the end of each month. You are, therefore, directed to comply with the above Regulations, in case of non-compliance, strict action shall be taken against your institutions as per rules.
